Important update for invoicingAs of 1 June, the order reference number will change from the old CCA format, for example CCA2026-xxxxxx.x, to the new TRIP format, for example TRIP2026-001262. All invoices must include the correct TRIP reference number. Invoices without the correct TRIP reference number may not be processed for payment. |

What will look different?The main change is the new Trip Details page. Instead of viewing information per order, you will now see it grouped under a trip.

Transport data will move from an Order-based view to a new Trip Overview structure, giving you a more consistent and end-to-end view of each transport journey. Please note that references will now follow the format TRIP2026-xxxx. This will become the main reference shown across the pages, as well as on invoices, helping you keep transport execution and financial documentation aligned. |

Dashboard changes – action requiredThe current dashboard overview based on Orders will be replaced by a new Trip Overview dashboard. Please note that your existing dashboard configuration will not be automatically transferred. You will need to reconfigure your dashboard using the new structure once it becomes available. |
