New Transport Order Structure and Invoicing Changes

We would like to inform you about an upcoming system update scheduled for 1 June. The changes will become visible from that date, and any required actions should be taken accordingly.

Important update for invoicing

As of 1 June, the order reference number will change from the old CCA format, for example CCA2026-xxxxxx.x, to the new TRIP format, for example TRIP2026-001262.

All invoices must include the correct TRIP reference number. Invoices without the correct TRIP reference number may not be processed for payment.

What will look different?

The main change is the new Trip Details page.

Instead of viewing information per order, you will now see it grouped under a trip.
This means:

  • A trip can contain one or multiple orders
  • “Order Actions” will now be called “Trip Actions”
  • The layout and overview of information will look different
  • Emails and notifications related to transports will also have an updated look and structure

Transport data will move from an Order-based view to a new Trip Overview structure, giving you a more consistent and end-to-end view of each transport journey.

Please note that references will now follow the format TRIP2026-xxxx. This will become the main reference shown across the pages, as well as on invoices, helping you keep transport execution and financial documentation aligned.

Dashboard changes – action required

The current dashboard overview based on Orders will be replaced by a new Trip Overview dashboard.

Please note that your existing dashboard configuration will not be automatically transferred. You will need to reconfigure your dashboard using the new structure once it becomes available.

What you need to do
  • Open the Dashboard configuration page
  • Select the new “Trip Overview” template
  • Rebuild your preferred widgets, filters, and layout
