- Go to a specific order in the system.
- Click on the Communication tab.
- You will then be directed to Conversations.
You can now have direct conversations at the order level with your team, our support team, and your carriers, right within the platform. Tag specific users in your messages to ensure the right person is involved in the discussion.
If you’re not logged into the system, an email notification will be sent to inform you about the conversation.
