These Terms and Conditions apply to the Carrier/CtrlChain Agreement (“Agreement”) by and between the carrier named on the Agreement (CARRIER) and CtrlChain USA, Inc. (CtrlChain) (formerly known as ChainCargo) (collectively, the “Parties”).
