With the Managed Transportation Service, you can now upload your own Terms & Conditions. To upload, go to the Legal tab, click Create My Own Terms & Conditions, and publish it. Your terms will then be shown to carriers when they accept orders. We strongly recommend doing so to avoid legal uncertainties. CtrlChain is not a party to any agreement between shippers and carriers and cannot be held liable for any disputes. |
