You now have the ability to create your own transportation lanes directly through the CtrlChain system. This feature allows you to take even more control over your logistics! Building a lane is similar to requesting a quote but with a few added steps; learn how: Taskboard brings all your open tasks into one place, simplifying your workflow and ensuring you stay on track with timely reminders.

1. Navigate to Taskboard
Access the Taskboard directly from the sidebar menu under "Taskboard".
- All your open tasks are consolidated into a single page for a clear, organized view.
- This feature helps you keep track of tasks effortlessly and stay on top of your priorities.

2. Task Overview
The Taskboard makes it easy to stay informed about your workload:
- New Tasks and Active Tasks are displayed at a glance.
- Tasks are prioritized as Low, Medium, or High, with high-priority tasks highlighted in red to indicate urgency.

3. Perform Tasks
Dive into task details and get to work with a few simple steps:
- Click on a Task Card: Open the task to view detailed information, such as task descriptions, locations, and reference numbers.
- Perform the Task: Select “Perform Task” to navigate to the order detail page and begin completing the task.

4. Reminder Emails
Stay on top of your tasks with automated notifications:
- If a task moves to medium priority, you will receive an email notification reminding you to take action.
- This ensures you never miss important tasks and can manage your workload efficiently.
