You can now manage your routes

To simplify managing your service range and enhance usability, we've introduced updates designed to improve the type of orders you receive to more relevant. Here's what's new:

Carrier Corridors: Zipcode Matching

Carrier Lanes are replaced by Carrier Corridors and have a new look and feel. You can now tell CtrlChain system your states of operation in just a couple of clicks.

Start by navigating to "Carrier Corridors" in the sidebar.

Select a Region

Navigate through the drop-down menu to select North America and choose the state where you want to specify your area of operations.

Understanding Route Selection

To set up your preferred routes, define your preferences for each country by specifying your outbound (departing) and inbound (arriving) routes:

  • Whole Range: Operate across the entire selected country.
  • Specific Range: Operate in a specific region of a selected country (specify with zipcodes).
  • None: No operations in this country.

Route Example

In Europe, when selecting Poland, Whole Range for outbound and Specific Range (00 = Warsaw) for inbound means you transport from anywhere in Poland but only accept shipments to Warsaw.

In North America, when selecting Illinois, Whole Range for outbound and Specific Range (606 = Chicago) for inbound means you transport from anywhere in Illinois but only accept shipments to Chicago.

Confirm Selection

Click Save for each state individually.

If you forget, an orange attention sign will remind you.
