Unplanned or unsafe parking increases the risk of cargo theft, delays, and compliance issues. Secure Parking feature gives you full control and visibility over where trucks are allowed to stop throughout the transport.

Set clear parking rules upfront

When booking FTL transport, you can specify whether secure parking is required and which parking level applies. This works for both spot bookings and contracted lanes, ensuring parking expectations are clear from the start.

 

Prevent theft with real-time visibility

All allowed parking locations are visible on the map in the order details page.
If a truck stops at an unapproved location, this becomes immediately visible so appropriate action can be taken before the situation escalates.

All activity is also available later in the dashboard, providing full transparency and data for review.

Automatic alerts for unapproved stops

Parking behavior is continuously monitored during transport. The system quickly detects and flags an unapproved stop when a vehicle remains stationary for an extended period, such as when speed drops below 10 km/h or the truck, trailer, or driver’s phone is stopped for more than 30 minutes outside an approved parking location.

This creates immediate visibility at order level and ensures appropriate action can be taken early, supporting theft prevention and enforcement of agreed security standards and terms.

Flexible control, even after booking

Parking locations can be added, removed, or updated after booking.
This gives teams the flexibility to react to changes while keeping security standards in place.

One shared source of truth

All parking activity is available in the dashboard for review and compliance validation. Everyone works with the same information at all times, ensuring full transparency.
